This page lists the third-party subprocessors that may be used to provide DocZoom Studio, DocZoom Word, our websites, and related services. The list is configuration-dependent: not every subprocessor is used for every customer, and dedicated customer instances may use different hosting, AI, search, or connector configurations.
DocZoom is delivered as a managed single-tenant service. Standard managed instances are hosted on European Union infrastructure (Germany and Finland) unless a different customer-controlled deployment is agreed.

International transfers
Most DocZoom processing takes place on EU infrastructure (Hetzner hosting in Germany and Finland; Mistral AI in France). For subprocessors located outside the European Economic Area that may process personal data — OpenAI, OpenRouter, Brave, Parallel AI, Google, Microsoft Azure and Cloudflare — Hoplo relies on the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses together with supplementary technical, contractual and organizational measures, or on an applicable adequacy decision.
